Pittsburgh Section

The American Society for Non Destructive Testing was formed in 1941. Just one year later, in 1942, ASNT Pittsburgh was one of the first sections established. At the time, Pittsburgh was one of the largest cities in the world enveloped in the Steel Industry. The NDT Industry throughout the US has been steadfast for more than 70 years and the ASNT Pittsburgh Section has been a big part of networking, expanding and sharing technology throughout the industry. ASNT Pittsburgh strives to continue to provide the perfect setting for NDT professionals to meet, share information and continue to network. We welcome NDT engineers, salespersons, service technicians, and corporate executives, as well as, students that want to learn more about the industry.
